Let’s see…what’s happened since the last post?

Well, prior to the last two updates, I was injured at work and took some time to heal while on worker’s comp (which sucks, BTW). Once I was let off from WC (stupidly) and had some time…

I took a new job! I’ve left the chauffeur business, and I’m back in IT. It’s not as high-level as what I used to do but, honestly, I’m happier now and don’t see burnout on the horizon anytime soon.

I’m still cooking, don’t worry about that. I’ve just been mostly on the tried-and-true recipes, but I’ve had a few that were excellent that I’ll post about including:
- Egg Drop Soup
- Balsamic Apple Pork Chops
- and more…!

I’ve also started really getting back into hobbies and home maintenance now that I have a regular job schedule.
- Ham radio has been a ton of fun.
- I’m currently in the middle (finally) of rewiring and reorganizing my server cabinet, which will eventually lead to me finishing cleaning the basement and setting up the workout area. That’s DEFINITELY needed!
- I (slowly) started picking my accordion back up, now that my back can mostly handle it. First on the list to learn (besides more basics) is the theme to Tetris!
